1. Information we collect

We follow the principle of data minimization and collect only what is necessary to provide the Services.

1.1 Information you provide

• Account information: a phone number or email address, a nickname and a password when you register or sign in.
• Content you submit: text, files and other content you upload or enter while using the Services.
• Correspondence: information you provide when contacting us by email or in-app channels.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system version, app version and language settings.
• Log information: access times, feature usage, crash and error logs, and IP address.

1.3 Device permissions

Some features require your permission to use the camera, photo library, microphone or notifications. We request permission only when you use the related feature. You can revoke permissions at any time in system settings; the related feature will stop working while other features remain available.

2. How we use information

• To create and manage your account and provide the core features of the Services;
• To keep the Services secure and to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
• To analyze usage and improve features and experience;
• To respond to your inquiries, complaints and requests;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing, transfer and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information with third parties only in the following cases:

• With your explicit consent;
• With infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Services (such as cloud hosting and SMS verification), bound by confidentiality agreements and instructed to process information only on our behalf;
• Where required by law, legal process or competent government authorities.

If our applications integrate third-party SDKs, the in-app privacy notice will list the SDK name, provider, data collected and purpose.

4. Storage and security

• Location: personal information collected and generated within the People's Republic of China is stored on servers located in mainland China.
• Retention: we retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. After you cancel your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information.
• Security: we use transport encryption (HTTPS), access control, least-privilege permissions and audit logging, and bind relevant personnel to confidentiality obligations.

5. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights by contacting us using the details at the end of this policy. We respond within 15 business days.

• Access: learn how we process your personal information;
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate information;
• Deletion: request deletion where permitted by law;
• Withdraw consent: revoke system permissions or contact us;
• Account cancellation: in the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us. Your information will then be handled as described in Section 4.

6. Children

The Services are intended for adults. If you are under 14, please read this policy with a guardian and use the Services only with the guardian's consent. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information without verified guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Services or legal requirements. Updates are published on this page with a revised date; for material changes we will also notify you in the app.
